My name is Catherine Crigger and I am very pleased that you have come to have a look around this website.

I thought I would start out by telling you a little bit about myself. I promise I will not bore you with a lot of details. Then I would like to tell you a little bit about the purpose and vision for the NutriBase Support Site. And finally I would like to hear from you.

For most of my working career, I have been self-employed as Computer Software Specialist, working with all kinds of businesses both large and small, but I have always had a desire to do something with people on a more personal level. In 2004, I graduated from a 2 year program as a Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and became involved with the NutriBase application when it was known as NutriBase 5 and now here we are with NutriBase 8.

I think that all of us would agree that we have a very powerful and robust system, the “best in its class” and we have dedicated developers, who have worked hard to bring us to this new level, with a new look and feel to the NutriBase system.

In my previous career, I have had the opportunity to see what “computer-based training” can do to help propel a person’s ability to pick up and begin to use a software application with confidence. I have also been involved in designing and developing these training videos and I thought to myself….

“If we had a series of training videos that could take people through each area of the NutriBase system, I think this would be great for all of the Nutribase community”

So, this now brings me to the purpose and vision for the NutriBase Support Site.

But wait, just a bit of background…..

I began to develop a training video for the Client Intake Manager because I knew for sure that I would at least have to have it for my clients to provide them with direction on how to enter the information I needed to help them. When I had it just about done, I showed it to Ed; he liked it and thought that perhaps many of you could benefit from it too.

So initially, the purpose of this website was a way to provide you with the ability to purchase these training videos to help you as individuals, as well as, to help those of you using the NutriBase Professional Edition, providing a training medium for your clients.

BUT then I thought,

this site could be so much more….. It could be a place where the NutriBase community could post questions… could share ideas… could request support…. It could be a forum with a knowledge base, where NutriBase owners could look up information…… How to articles, Nutrition articles, Tips and Tricks for using the NutriBase system. It could really be anything YOU want it to be.

You will notice as you look around that it is very simple, with easy accessibility. I am absolutely positive that this site will go through a few changes over the next several weeks and months and it may not even look the same at it does today.

It is a Membership site, which means that it is meant to be a private community for owners of a NutriBase system. So, in order to see some areas of this site, you will have to register as an owner.

It has been setup to serve both the NutriBase Professional Edition owners in one area of the site and Personal and Family Edition owners in another area of the site, to ensure that the very different needs of these two groups of owners are met.

Now, here is your part…..
